INFORMATION
- “Ovadias Tours” office is open from 10 a.m to 5 p.m closed on weekends and holidays. In order to be able to assist you at any time and confront any problems that might occur. Incidents that will not be brought to our knowledge during your stay, will not have the opportunity to be given the proper attention & action and definitely will be non refunded if reported after your departure.
CONDITIONS
- There is an additional accommodation tax of €15 per room per night, which clients will pay themselves at the check in.
- All rates quoted in this Tariff are in EURO and are valid for the year 2026 for the periods as indicated.
- Hotel rates are strictly for Leisure Travellers and are NOT valid for Groups & Business Travellers.
Supplement for higher rates will apply during events, exhibitions, holidays, congresses etc.
Supplement of higher rates will apply for certain Nationalities etc. - All rates INCLUDE Federal and Municipal Taxes in Greece.
- Full Payment should be received by us prior to your arrival.
All Payments by Bank Transfer should be FREE of all Banks’ Expenses involved to us. - Deposit(s) required for all reservations in order to secure space in Hotels, Cruises, Guides, and other services required. Full payment of a deposit indicates acceptance by the purchaser of our terms and conditions
Visas:
Travelers should ask their local travel agent or apply to the nearest Greek consulate or embassy for the issuance of multi entry Schengen visa to Greece.
Ovadias Tours cannot be held responsible for any problem due to visa formalities upon arrival or during their tour/cruise in Greece.
Air Transportation:
Tour packages do not include international airfare (Round-trip fares Aegean/Olympic Airways or other IATA carriers)
Hotels:
As listed or similar based on governmental classification. All rooms with private facilities (bath or shower).
Transfers:
As specified in tour features.
Meals:
As specified in tour features.
Tours and Sightseeings:
All tours are on S/C basis with other participants, by luxurious air conditioned motor coaches. All shore excursions in conjunction with a cruise and tours not listed under “tour features” are optional.
Cruises:
Accommodations are based on minimum category inside standard cabins, all with private facilities. All meals are included.
Cruise companies reserve the right to refuse embarkation due to overbooking, alter itineraries and/or change vessels, cancel the cruise should this become necessary, without prior notice.
Sequence of Itinerary:
Sequence of events and places visited may change from the order shown. However, tour features will be similar or substituted should this become necessary without prior notice. A final itinerary will be prepared by your travel agent or Ovadias Tours prior to your departure or upon arrival.
Single Accommodations:
Rates for single occupancy listed reflect single hotel rooms and single cabins. Ovadias Tours cannot arrange share accommodations in hotels and during overnight tours. Sharing accommodation on cruises are on request basis.
Children’s Discount:
Available on request.
Tips, Taxes and Entrance Fees:
All taxes except airport and port taxes are included. Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are included Tips to cruise staff, guides and drivers are not included, and are at your discretion.
Not Included in Tour Prices:
Passport or vaccination fees, meals and tours other than those specified under “tour features” and all expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, beverages, spirits, tips, porterage etc. are not included in tour prices.
Baggage:
Limited to one(1) standard sized suitcase. On overnight motor coach tours we recommend passengers carry just one (1) carry on baggage.
Deposits:
A deposit of EURO 200 or 10% of package rate per person is required at the time of tour confirmation. Full payment of a deposit indicates acceptance by the purchaser of our terms and conditions.Full payment will be needed upon confirmation or later according to the seasonality & availability. Deposit could be full payment or payments according to the conditions of the reservation (seasonality, capacity, special offers) for individuals or groups. No compliance with dates of payments will cause cancellation of reservation and loss of all given deposits which are non refundable.All payments or deposits received are non refundable.
Form of Payment:
Ovadias Tours accepts Bank remittance done by Bank Transfer or by Bank wire, cash or credit card payments. Credit card payments are processed only with original signature and credit card imprint with authorization letter accompanied by photocopy of the front and back of the credit card.
When payment is done by Bank Transfer or by Bank wire,it is important that we receive a copy of your Bank Order or Wire by e-mail to nicholas@ovadiastours.com or roula@ovadiastours.com.
Your remittance should be free of any Bank Charges or Fees to us.
Cancellation refunds or claims:
An administration fee of EURO 100 per person applies on all cancellations. Any cancellation and/or change within 60 days prior departure is subject to the following cancellation fee per person:
- Cancellations received 60-45 days prior departure: EURO: 200
- Cancellations received 45-20 days prior departure: 30% of total paid
- Cancellations received 21-15 days prior departure: 50% of total paid
- Cancellations received 14-8 days prior departure: 75% of total paid
- Cancellations received 7 days or less prior departure: up to 100% of total paid
- No valid for net rates given on groups, reduced special promotion packages etc which are subject to cancellations as per each case and according to special conditions might be 100% non refundable upon confirmation of booking.
- Should you run into a problem during your holiday, please inform our agent or us immediately, who will try to resolve the problem on the spot, since it is difficult to take effective action after your return. Any claims must be received prior the termination of the tour. No refund or adjustment will be made for any portion of the tour or services not used after the return to country of origin.
Insurance:
Trip cancellation insurance and baggage insurance are highly recommended to be done upon confirmation of your trip with your local agent. Please consult your travel agent for details.
Rates and Itineraries:
Subject to change prior to tour departure, without any notice.
Responsibility:
Ovadias Tours, hereafter called the tour operator and/or their representatives act only as agents for transportation companies and other companies.
The responsibility of the tour operators and/or their representatives is limited.
The tour operators and/or their agents will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation or the fault or default of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation.
The tour operators and/or their representatives will not accept any responsibility for extra cost due to delay, changes or any other reason.
The tour operators and/or their representatives are not responsible for any consular, political or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person.
The operators cannot be held responsible for any fault or default or negligence by hotel owner or his employees.
The tour operators reserve the right to decline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours, cruises, if necessary, for any reason.
The airline tickets shall, when issued, constitute to the sole contract between the passenger and the airline.
The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event, when the passengers are not on board its aircraft.
Any deposit will represent acceptance of all the above mentioned conditions.
